Our Story
Life is busy. Between work, family, friends, and everything in between, women are constantly juggling it all. Thomas & Lee Company was created to make everyday life a little more functional — and a lot more beautiful.
Founded in 2008 by mother-daughter duo Nancy and Alexis, our brand began with a simple idea: design pieces that simplify a woman’s life without sacrificing style. Thoughtful details, practical function, and timeless design quickly became the foundation of everything we create.
In 2022, as Nancy stepped into retirement, Alexis and her husband proudly took over the family business and relocated our headquarters and warehouse to Lebanon, Kentucky, bringing the company closer to family and beginning an exciting new chapter.
Today, Thomas & Lee is truly a family affair. Our youngest team members and the namesake behind our brand, Colby Thomas and Graham Lee, are already enjoying being part of the journey alongside Mom and Dad.
Alexis continues to design each collection with intention focusing on versatile, classic, and affordable pieces that add joy to everyday moments. From carefully chosen materials to special finishing details, we believe it’s the little things that make life feel special.
