Terms of Service
  • Placement of order will confirm acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

  • We require all wholesale customers to submit a Federal ID number (and may be required to provide a copy of a valid state tax ID upon request).

  • $150 minimum for wholesale orders placed on ThomasandLeeCoWholesale.com

  • Products must be ordered in inner-pack quantities. If there is an error on the website that allows a product to be ordered not in case-pack quantities, it will be corrected at shipping and you will receive an invoice for the case-pack that will be shipped.

  • All prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Prices listed in our printed catalogs are and are subject to change without notice.

  • All prices are in US dollars.

  • Freight costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Orders placed on the wholesale website will be charged when fulfilled (product + shipping) with the Credit Card provided

    • Backordered items will ship upon availability and due in stock dates are estimates, these items will be charged when shipped

    • Ship dates are subject to change without notice.

    • Wholesale Website accepts Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover

    • Orders ship via FedEx ground service from Raleigh, NC

    • Orders are shipped within 5-7 working days of their receipt for in-stock products.

    • Some items excluded from Free Shipping promotions.

  • Thomas and Lee Company accepts authorized returns only. No return of merchandise will be accepted and no credits issued without Thomas and Lee Company's previous consent.
  • Thomas and Lee Company must be notified within 10 days of receipt of any incorrectly shipped orders or defective goods.

  • A 15% restocking fee will be charged for returned merchandise.

  • Any damage or shortage claims must be received no later than 10 days from receipt of order.

  • Any damages will be promptly replaced or refunded.

  • No damage claims will be honored after 10 days. Notice of loss or damage must be given to the carrier immediately.

  • All packing materials and receiving paperwork should be retained for carrier inspection.

  • Thomas and Lee Company products may not be sold, advertised, or distributed via Amazon and/or eBay unless specific permission is granted in writing.
